Lot & Site Commercial Services is a new Central Florida business built around one idea: parking lot and exterior property work should be easy to hand off, not something you chase across five different vendors.
What we do
We coordinate the review and fulfillment of exterior property work — striping, pothole and asphalt repair, bollards, exterior cleaning, and concrete repair. That means you describe the problem once, in one place, and we take responsibility for getting it scoped, quoted, and scheduled with the right trade.
