Bulky items show up at commercial properties all the time: furniture left by residents who moved out, fixtures from a vacated suite, or items dumped overnight beside an enclosure. Regular trash service usually will not take them, and they sit until someone arranges a pickup.
Pricing depends on what the items are, how much there is, and how hard they are to reach. That is why we review the request before quoting instead of giving a flat price. Accepted items and disposal arrangements are confirmed during quoting. Hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, fuel, or batteries are not included unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.

Illegal dumping cleanup
Furniture, mattresses, bags, and other debris left near dumpsters, in parking areas, or along the back of a building are a common problem for property managers. The same request process applies: tell us what was left and where, and we will review it and quote the removal.
We only quote nonhazardous items. If something looks like it may contain chemicals, fuel, paint, or other hazardous material, tell us in the request so it can be handled separately. Timing is agreed when we quote.
