Spray paint and marker come off smooth, sealed surfaces much more easily than porous ones. Brick, block, and bare concrete absorb paint, so removal often uses chemical removers followed by washing, and faint 'ghosting' can remain.
On painted walls, removal can damage the existing coating, so painting over with a matching color is sometimes the cleaner option. We will recommend removal, paint-over, or a mix based on your photos. Anti-graffiti coatings can be discussed for areas that are hit repeatedly.
